Katnić: Koprivica threatened Jovićević with arrest and said it was awaiting her

Former Chief Special Prosecutor Milivoje Katnić said before the High Court that he wished to thank prosecutor Sanja Jovićević who told the truth before the High Court despite all the pressure she endured during the investigation, as well as during the week leading up to the hearing before that judicial panel.

- Deputy Prime Minister Momo Koprivica threatened on the Public Service broadcaster that she would be arrested and that this was awaiting her - Katnić said.

He believes that the testimony of prosecutor Jovićević disproved the claim in the indictment that he had directly or indirectly influenced her to make a decision „of any kind“.

- She made her decision based on her prosecutorial conviction - Katnić emphasized.

He reiterated that prosecutor Jovićević stated that he did not attend interrogations, did not request access to the case file, nor did he suggest what actions she should take.
