Joković earned tens of thousands of euros as a minister and top athlete, saved 185,700 euros

Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Vladimir Joković earned nearly 73,000 euros last year from various sources and has savings of 185,700 euros, according to the latest asset declaration he submitted to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
Joković reported a ministerial salary of 1,986 euros per month, which amounted to an annual income of 23,832 euros. From his membership in the Council for Damage Assessment from Natural Disasters, he earned 6,500 euros in 2025, while rental income brought him 26,880 euros.
As in the previous year, Joković reported 59,000 euros in cash, but significantly increased his other savings. When it comes to deposits in credit and other financial institutions, Joković holds a total of 126,696 euros, which is nearly 44,000 euros more than in March 2025. Of that amount, 21,995 euros is in his current account, while 104,701 euros is listed under the category „other“.
Interestingly, as a top athlete, he earned 15,768 euros last year. It is worth recalling that the leader of the Socialist People'r Party was a national team member of Montenegro and Yugoslavia from 1991 to 2000 and a former president of the Karate Federation of Montenegro. He was also selected among the best athletes of Nikšić and Podgorica and later declared a top athlete of Montenegro.
Regarding real estate, there have been no changes. Joković owns a 140-square-meter house, a 276-square-meter commercial building, four business premises totaling 1,141 square meters, and a 14-square-meter garage.
He also reported orchards totaling 607 square meters, forests covering 819 square meters, a yard of 735 square meters, and 119 square meters of barren land.
He also owns a 2013 Mercedes E-Class car, as well as a Beretta pistol from 1975, which he inherited.
Joković holds 5,000 shares in Eurofond and 5,389 shares in HLT Fund. He owns two trading companies, Citus d.o.o. and Primasport d.o.o., based in Nikšić.
His wife, Vera Joković, reported an annual income of €9,600 and owns two vehicles: a 2011 Mercedes ML and a 2004 Touareg.
Joković has continued his previous practice of providing insight into his bank accounts.
