Cikotić: Knežević and his party leaving the government doesn’t mean all “Trojan horses” have left

European Alliance representative Amina Cikotić said that we must not allow citizens to be misled into believing that the departure of Milan Knežević and his Democratic People’s Party (DPP) from the government means that all the „Trojan horses“ have left.
- They have not. There are still structures within this government that will do everything, and are doing everything, to block Montenegro on its European path. Let us not think that Milan Knežević was the only one in that government who was like that - Cikotić said in a statement to Television E.
She assessed that Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić cannot conceal his frustration over Montenegro’s success on its European path, stating that Montenegro’s eventual accession to the European Union will mean the definitive defeat of what she described as his „perverse, nationalist, Greater-State policy“.
Cikotić believes that, at that point, Aleksandar Vučić will see fit to tone down his rhetoric towards Montenegro.
