Half a million euros reward for information leading to Zvicer’s arrest
A €500,000 reward has been offered for information that leads to the arrest of Radoje Zvicer, who is wanted under a Red Notice issued by Interpol over suspicions that he committed a number of serious criminal offences, including murder, the creation of a criminal organisation, drug trafficking and money laundering

The Ministry of Interior, at the proposal of the Director of the Police Directorate, has publicly offered a €500,000 cash reward for information of decisive importance in locating, finding and apprehending Radoje Zvicer (42), a Montenegrin citizen wanted under an Interpol Red Notice.
According to the Police Administration, the reward was announced pursuant to Article 92 of the Law on Internal Affairs, in conjunction with the provisions of the Law on Obligations.
Zvicer is wanted on reasonable suspicion of having committed the criminal offences of creating a criminal organisation, aggravated murder, murder, aggravated murder through incitement, attempted murder through incitement, unauthorised production, possession and trafficking of narcotic drugs, unlawful possession of weapons and explosive substances, and money laundering.
The Police Directorate clarified that information will be considered credible if it contains accurate and verifiable data that enables Zvicer to be located and arrested, directly contributes to police operational activities, and is of decisive importance for his successful apprehension.
For confidential and institutionally protected communication, information may be submitted in person to the Director of the Police Direcctorate, the Assistant Director responsible for combating crime, or the Head of the Special Police Unit.
An appointment must first be arranged by calling 020 241-964 for the Director of the Police Administration, 020 245-020 for the Assistant Director responsible for combating crime, or 020 674-985 for the Head of the Special Police Unit.
Following the processing and assessment of the credibility of the information provided, the decision on payment of the reward will be made by the Government of Montenegro, at the proposal of the Ministry of Interior, taking into account the principle of fairness.
The police emphasised that the information concerning the person providing the information, including their identity, will be fully protected.
Persons who already possessed information held by the Police Directorate, police officers and members of their immediate families, as well as persons who in any way participated in the commission of the criminal offences for which Zvicer is wanted under an international warrant, will not be eligible for the reward.
The Police Directorate called on citizens who have relevant and verifiable information that could contribute to locating and arresting Zvicer to submit it to the competent authorities in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
