Large stage, choirs, actors, and orchestra: Ministry of Defence allocates 70,000 euros for ceremonies

The Ministry of Defence has announced a tender worth 70,000 euros, including VAT, for services related to the organization of social and cultural events.

According to the tender documentation, the plan includes renting complete technical and logistical equipment for organizing larger ceremonies and conference events.

Among other things, the tender covers the rental of LED screens, a stage, lighting, and scenography, as well as tents and pagodas for outdoor events.

It also provides for the procurement of professional sound systems for events of various capacities, ranging from smaller conferences to events covering areas of 2,000 to 3,000 square meters.

The tender also includes the rental of equipment for simultaneous interpretation for events with up to 150 participants, including delegate microphones, headphones, and interpreter booths.

In addition to technical equipment, the plan includes renting inventory such as up to 500 chairs and 50 cocktail tables, as well as hiring moderators and artists, including solo performers, actors, choirs, and orchestras.

The price of all services includes transport, installation, and dismantling of equipment, as well as the engagement of experts for event execution.
