The Novovićs earned more than 80,000 euros last year, they did not allow access to their bank accounts

Chief Special Prosecutor Vladimir Novović and his wife Lidija, a judge of the Administrative Court of Montenegro, earned a total of 81,167.29 euros last year. Of that amount, 80,537.29 euros was paid from the state budget in salaries and allowances, while 630 euros was received by Novović as rental income, according to the 2025 income and asset report submitted by the head of the Special State Prosecutor’s Office to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
Novović, who like his wife Lidija, did not grant the Agency access to his bank accounts, earned a total of 46,150.29 euros from his work at the Special State Prosecutor’s Office during the past year, all of which was paid as salary.
According to the report he submitted to the APC, he also earned 9,658.30 euros in 2025 as a member of the Council for the Rule of Law and the Program Board of the Training Center for the Judiciary and State Prosecution.
During the same period, the Chief Special Prosecutor received 410.89 euros in per diems from the state budget.
