Ostvareni rezultat, poručuju oni, dodatno potvrđuje posvećenost Crne Gore reformama i jačanju institucionalnih kapaciteta, kao i kredibilitet države u ispunjavanju obaveza iz pregovaračkog procesa.
- Crna Gora nastavlja da sprovodi jasno definisanu mapu puta evropske integracije, uz cilj da pregovarački proces bude zaključen do kraja 2026. godine. Dosadašnji rezultati potvrđuju da je taj cilj ambiciozan, ali realan i dostižan, uz kontinuiranu podršku institucija Evropske unije i država članica - naveli su u MVP.
Dodaju da se Crna Gora već danas vodi evropskim vrijednostima i standardima, što potvrđuje i puna usklađenost sa Zajedničkom vanjskom i bezbjednosnom politikom Evropske unije.
- U narednom periodu, stalna, proaktivna i sadržajna komunikacija sa državama članicama Unije ostaje jedan od ključnih prioriteta Ministarstva vanjskih poslova, u cilju uspješnog okončanja pregovaračkog procesa i punopravnog članstva Crne Gore u Evropskoj uniji - zaključili su u MVP.

This result, he said, signals an intensification of the momentum in the accession negotiation process.
- One that the President of Montenegro has consistently advocated, aware that accelerating the negotiations is necessary in order to achieve the set European goal. Recent experience best confirms that the political level of negotiations is of crucial importance, and that the voice of each member state can be decisive in shaping the process - he stated.
In this context, he added, Montenegro is continuing an intensive diplomatic campaign.
- As early as next month, a visit to the Republic of Cyprus is planned, followed by a visit to Ireland, the country that will hold the Presidency of the European Union in the second half of the year. At the beginning of June, Montenegro will for the first time host the European Union - Western Balkans Summit, at which the President of Montenegro will welcome the leaders of the EU member states and the Western Balkans - Milatović emphasized.
The vision of the presidential mandate „28 by 2028“, he said, is becoming increasingly realistic, while Montenegro’s European future is becoming ever more tangible.
- Therefore, there is no room for complacency - every month in the historic year 2026 is precious - Milatović concluded.

Optužnica koja je prepričana i iskonstruisana objavljena je u jednom mediju i tako je zlonamjerno mojoj porodici i meni nacrtana meta i ugrožena bezbjednost, a sve kako bi od mene napravili svjedoka saradnika, što ja nijesam, niti ću ikada biti - kazao je u Višem sudu penzionisani službenik Agencije za nacionalnu bezbjednost Duško Golubović na ročištu za kontrolu optužnice kojom se tereti da je bio jedan od organizatora šverca cigareta.
On je od vijeća kojim predsjedava sudija Nenad Vujanović tražio da se optužni akt potvrdi, ne zato što se osjeća krivim, već suprotno da dokaže svoju nevinost pred Sudom.
Golubović je naveo da je optužnicom obuhvaćeno 15 osoba i da on samo poznaje Sander Stanaja.
- Ja nijesam mogao odrediti uloge, zadatke, davati uputstva članovima organizacije, ako su oni to i bili, što meni nije poznato - rekao je Golubović.
Sander Staneja, kako je ispričao, poznaje više od 20 godina i zna da su on i porodica vlasnici više firmi a jedna od njih je zvanični uvoznik i distributer cigareta.
- Nijesam imao saznanja, niti sada imam da se njegova firma bavila nezakonitim poslovima. Niti sam od njega imao finansijsku korist, niti sumnjam da bi me zloupotrijebio, doveo u zabludu za neki nelegalna posao - decidan je bio Golubović.
Ne postoji ni jedan dokaz da je, kako je objasnio, za račun navodne organizacije i njenih članova koje ne poznaje a što bi bilo nužno za onoga ko je formira prenosio preko carinske linije neocarinjene duvanske proizvode.
- Ne postoji ni mjesto, ni vrijem, jer to nijesam uradio - kategoričan je penzionisani službenik ANB -a.
On je dodao da nije utvrđena, niti registrovana njegova veza ni sa jednim carinskim i policijskim sližbenikom, niti prisustvo u Luci Bar.
-To ukazuje da nijesam imao učešće u izvršenju krivičnih djela što ću dokazati pred Sudom - kazao je Golubović.
On je ponovio da nije organizovao kriminalnu grupu, niti je prenosio neocarinjene cigarete.
Optužnica je podignuta protiv Golubovića i vlasnika auto centra Rokšped Sander Stanaja koje SDT tereti da su navodno bili na čelu kriminalne grupe koja je švercovala cigarete. Osim njih optužnim aktom je obuhvaćeno još 13 osoba.
Specijalno državno tužilaštvo je Golubovića i Stanaja, koji je u bjekstvu, označilo da su, kako se sumnja, bili na čelu grupe koja je švercom cigareta tokom 2020. i 2021. godine oštetila državu za najmanje 18.260.352 eura.
Kao članovi njihove organizacije označeni su i bivši direktor "Rokšpeda" Prokopije Perić, Mileta Simanić, Dejan Milić, Radoje Dakić, Adnan Suković, Predrag Madžgalj i Ivan Turčinović.
Istragom su obuhvaćeni odbjegli Stanajev brat Nuo i Andrija Petanović.
